Good data, minor upload issue

I used Skip Genie for a batch skip trace on about 500 properties. The data quality for the phone numbers was pretty good, definitely better than some other services I've tried. I got a lot of good hits. The dashboard was easy enough to navigate once I got going. My only minor complaint was that the initial file upload for the batch took a couple of tries to process correctly, which was a bit frustrating. Customer service was responsive though when I reached out, helping me sort it out. Overall, decent value for the accuracy.

Consistent results, reliable service

I've been using Skip Genie for my real estate lead generation for about a year now, primarily for their homeowner data search and vacant property owner search. This latest order for 200 credits was smooth, just like always. The accuracy of the phone numbers and mailing addresses has remained consistently high, which is crucial for my outreach. I appreciate that their proprietary skip tracing algorithm seems to find data that other platforms sometimes miss. I've tried a few competitors in the past, but I keep coming back to Skip Genie because their results are reliable and the process from uploading a list to downloading the results is straightforward. Their support has always been helpful if I have questions about DNC scrubbing or optimizing my lists. It's why I haven't switched.

Mixed feelings on accuracy

I tried Skip Genie for a batch skip trace on some tax delinquent leads. The email address lookup was decent, but I found some of the phone numbers were outdated. It was easy to upload my list and the dashboard gave quick results.

Quick single skip trace

Needed a quick single skip trace for a probate lead. Skip Genie delivered the contact info fast. Got what I needed without hassle. Simple to use.
